SeattleSNPs identifies, genotypes, and models the associations between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in candidate genes and pathways that underlie inflammatory responses in humans. Users can visualize these high-density SNPs and access the underlying data in many forms--both text and graphical representations.
SeattleSNPs is funded as part of the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute's (NHLBI) Programs for Genomic Applications (PGA).
Also see the GVS: Genome Variation Server tutorial for other ways to examine SNP data.
Below are the links for the tutorial suite for SeattleSNPs, including an online narrated tutorial, PowerPoint slides, slide handouts in PDF, exercises, and an order form for SeattleSNPs Quick Reference Cards.
