IMG

The Integrated Microbial Genomes with Microbiome Samples Resource (IMG/M) system, hosted by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), is a Metagenomics Data Management & Analysis System. IMG/M provides tools for analyzing the DNA contained in an environmental sample of a microbial community, including tools for analyzing the functional capability of microbial communities based on their metagenome sequence, in the context of reference isolate genomes included from the Integrated Microbial Genomes, or IMG system.
